My name is Ashley, and I’m just a horse-loving, fitness-chasing girl who believes that when we take care of ourselves, we can take even better care of our horses.I started Equine and Human Wellness as a way to bring together two things I’m deeply passionate about horse care and rider fitness. Whether you’re a fellow equestrian, a weekend trail rider, or someone who just wants to feel more confident in and out of the saddle, this blog is for you.
Why Fitness and Horses?
Riding isn’t just a hobby—it’s a sport. And just like we support our horses with the best feed, supplements, and care, we need to support ourselves with strength, mobility, and good health.Over the years, I’ve learned that taking care of our own bodies through movement, mindset, and wellness directly improves how we show up for our horses. Better posture. Better balance. Better rides.
I created this space to share what I’ve learned and help others discover the tools, routines, and products that truly make a difference.
